Title: Ocean Deep Size: 15 x 16 cm Medium: Acrylic on MDF Price: € 260 Artist Statement: Evan though I can swim to a certain degree, I find swimming in deep water terrifying. Deep water; I admire anyone who swims there. To me the ocean is a deep dark brooding place and even when it is blue and crystal clear, danger is hidden. The seaside can be a wonderful happy place but just beyond the horizon, or in the next moment there can be a dark place waiting. |
