Title: Flaming Star Size: 41 x 21 cm Medium: Oil on board Price: € 300 Artists Statement: In my recent work I have been trying to reclaim and reconstitute some of the emotional and symbolic value found in familiar forms of graphic representation. Oil tankers are emblazoned with stars; cars bear the agreed marks of nationality. Our visible world is full of such things and I have been looking at them as points of entry into a world of desire and experience. |
