He has been studying calligraphy and letter forms for more than forty years. Shay works in batik, inks, mixed media and is presently using acrylics on canvas with lettering and organic abstract forms. He has exhibited his art in Dublin, Kinsale, Skibbereen and Bantry. Shay also teaches calligraphy. He lives and works in West Cork. |
