Artist Statement: I am a native of West Cork like generations of my family before me.
I am completely immersed in this truly wondrous landscape,working with mixed media, displaying subtle interpretations , drawing on my pure
belief in and natural connection to, the land itself.
I studied art, craft & design for two years, culminating in the award of FETAC level 5. Batik and sculpture are other disciplines which I
enjoy exploring, enabling me to manipulate texture and form. My creations are influenced by a rich diversity of light and colour and a keen
sense of how that interacts with nature.
